We diagnose the problem.
Download the small Genesis Diagnostic Agent. It creates an outbound HTTPS connection to our endpoint. After a successful connection you receive a permanent Genesis device number, for example 011-D01.
1. Describe the problem
Do not send passwords, private keys or API tokens.
2. Connect the device
Complete the form. For Windows or Linux/VPS you will receive a one-time connection package.
Your package is ready. The enrollment link is time-limited and should not be forwarded to others.
Download Diagnostic Agent- Extract the ZIP on the device.
- Linux/VPS: run
sudo ./Start_Genesis_Agent_*.sh - Confirm the read-only diagnostic consent when the agent asks.
- Keep the agent running while diagnostics are in progress.
You do not open an inbound SSH port for us; the agent creates an outbound HTTPS connection.
